Hot wire cnc machine
At Sculp, precision begins with our custom-engineered hot wire CNC system. Purpose-built to handle giant blocks of expanded polystyrene (EPS), this machine enables us to cut and shape large-scale components with remarkable speed and accuracy.

5-Axis CNC Machining
Our newly installed 5-axis CNC machine represents the forefront of sculptural production technology. Custom designed for Sculp, this powerful system accommodates materials up to 10 feet long, 6 feet wide, and 3 feet high.
The advanced multi-axis control allows for complex, organic shapes and precise surface detailing that would be impossible with conventional equipment.
From large-scale sculptures to bespoke installations, this machine ensures every project is produced to the highest standard.
In-House 3D Printing
Bringing concepts to life in three dimensions starts in our dedicated 3D printing suite. We utilise state-of-the-art printers capable of producing detailed prototypes, models, and production components in a variety of materials.
